Lotus Computer, Inc. is a privately held Florida corporation which focuses on the assembly and sale of Lotus Computer-branded personal computers to individuals and businesses throughout the Continental United States. Lotus is a small business located in Orlando, Florida with an emphasis on high-quality products and outstanding service, which we believe time will soon prove to be legendary. We keep our prices low and service high because of our unique no-stock structure. Each part of your computer is ordered from our world-class IT distributor when you order your computer. This means our costs are kept low, which gives us more resources for better service and lower prices than the big names. No pre-installed software — unless you want it.
We never pre-install anything you don't ask us to, and we can preinstall almost anything you like, free of charge. The only software you'll find is in a neatly stored folder on your system, which contains recommended software. This lets you decide whether to install it or delete the software installers. Naturally, our computers come with the best software and no adware or spyware of any kind.

We love Linux.
Unlike other companies, we're not tied by contracts and license agreements to Microsoft Windows. This means you can configure any system with Ubuntu Linux for the best and most secure environment. Due to its popularity, Windows is the standard operating system, but should you want Linux on your computer, the option is there (and highly recommended). We also offer a dual-boot option so you can choose between running Windows or Linux whenever you want (and it costs nothing extra).

Do you have a physical store?
We currently do not have any physical store locations, however we do have plans to open our first store by the first half of 2010.

Right now, the only place you can purchase a Lotus PC is right here on our website. Just visit one of the product pages and click "configure & buy". We plan to work with other resellers in the near future to make owning a Lotus computer more convenient for you.

Do you offer financing?
We currently do not offer any kind of financing, but we plan to offer flexible options in the near future. We do however accept credit cards through Google Checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?
Since we build and ship our computers from one place (Orlando, Florida), shipping costs allow us to ship only within the Continental United States (all states except Alaska and Hawaii). We will be happy to ship anywhere in the world, however the customer will need to pay for the high shipping prices. In short, we can, but we usually don't.
