Service Details

• Free delivery, and on-site installation and setup: Within the areas of Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Nona, Lee Vista, and other nearby areas. Purchase of a Lotus-brand desktop or notebook computer is required for free delivery and setup services.
• Installation and setup: Covers professional computer installation on-site, basic small office network setup, software installation and setup, installation and setup of associated computer peripheral devices.
• On-site service: Applies only to major computer issues, where a repair is necessary. May include software support such as operating system reinstallation or similar tasks.
• Training: Covers demonstration of Lotus computer system, operating system (Windows or Linux), and peripherals, with the goal of teaching efficient and effective use of computer systems.

Services are not required. 3-year warranty and lifetime phone/email tech support are standard with every Lotus desktop computer purchase. Lotus notebook computers feature standard 2-year warranty and lifetime phone/email tech support. Systems and other devices sold by Lotus Computer are covered by manufacturer's warranty terms.
